Our goal is to provide you with enough information about a property so that you can contact the owner. The owner will handle all aspects of leasing the property. We strictly advertise rental properties for you to research. Why are there no pictures of the property? Rentandleasehousing.com allows property owner’s to upload up to 20 pictures per rental ad; however, some property owner’s do not always upload pictures of their properties. Contact the owner directly for pictures of the property or to schedule an appointment to see the property. Do you accept section 8 vouchers? Rentandleasehousing.com is not involved with leasing properties advertised on the site. Your best action is to contact the owner directly to see if they accept section 8 vouchers. Contact information can be found below the pictures in the rental ad listing. I have bad credit – is there anyway I can rent a property? Bad credit or no credit is a risk factor that a landlord has to judge case by case. Please contact the landlord directly to see what their policies or guidelines are on troubled credit. Some landlords might require a double security deposit or a higher rent payment. Again, Rentandleasehousing.com does not lease any rental properties advertised. Searching by the states page will bring up all listed rental properties in a particular state. Searching by the cities page will bring up all listed rental properties by a particular housing type. Search for rental properties by Housing Type Use the Search Housing Types link to search properties by a particular type of housing. In your membership area, go to the “edit listings” tab and click on the “Upload New Vacancy” button to add your rental property vacancies. Detailed breakdown of the rental ad listing process How long will my rental ad listings run? There is a built in time feature for each member. In short, all your rental ad listings will expire when your membership listing term expires unless you delete them yourself or extend your listing term. When you sign up, your membership username is good for an indefinite amount of time. However, your listing abilities are good for the amount of time you signed up for (the listing term). Unless you extend your listing term, all your rental ads will not be searchable when your listing term expires. For example, a member signs up for the FREE 30 days. All your rental ad listings posted on the day you sign up are good for the 30 days. If you post another rental ad on the next day, it will be good for 29 days because your membership listing term expires in 29 days Rental ad listings are good until your membership listing term expires. You can extend your listing term at any time and you can delete any rental ad listings at anytime during your membership listing term. How long are member listing terms? When you sign up to list properties on Rentandleasehousing.com, you have a choice between a free 30 day listing term and several affordable longer listing terms. To check when your listing abilities expire, go to your "My Profile" page. There will be a expiration date at the bottom of the page, and a link to extend your listing term before it expires. Are credit card payments secure? Absolutely YES! We use a secure socket layer for all credit card transactions. Your privacy and credit are important to us. How long does it take to upload a rental ad listing? This will depend on your internet connection and how many pictures you upload. The more pictures that are included in the rental ad listing will increase the amount of time it takes to upload. What is my member username and password?
Your username and password was emailed to you when you initially signed up. If you have lost your username and/or password, please Use the forgot your username or password page or email the administrator at admin@rentandleasehousing.com and we will recover it for you. We will email your username and password to the email address provided in the initial sign up. We will NOT email you a username or password to a different email address then the one that was used to initially sign up. What if I cannot find a property to rent?
